The WFO Policy Advocacy Lunch and Learn meetings have gathered hundreds of people to learn more about current legislation, how to support coalitions being built around the state, the ins and outs of drafting legislation, the process for getting legislation passed, as well as the challenges and strategies around implementation and budgeting. We have covered a wide array of topics including; The Politicization of Sexual Assault and the Courts Failure to Address it, The Solidarity Economy, Health Policy and Visions for a Sustainable Future and in 2026 we were proud to introduce The Women’s Foundation of Oregon’s Abundance For All Framework.

The Abundance For All Framework was created from the collective vision, hopes and dreams of our community. It envisions a better world and allows us to find a path to get there together. At its core, these dreams call for a world where care replaces extraction, and people matter more than profit. Across every voice, there is a longing for safety, dignity, rest, and abundance - not as luxuries, but as fundamental rights.
